Meal Plan: February 6-10

  • Co-op bratwursts sautéed with zucchini, roasted sweet potatoes – simple but surprisingly tasty
  • Mexican chicken soup, cornbread – great cornbread; pretty good soup & enough leftovers for 2 meals immediately & 2 meals in the freezer
  • Coq au Riesling, zucchini, bread – good & easy, but the stomach flu immediately afterward is taking this one out of the running for a while
  • Spicy chicken, rice, arugula
  • Homemade ramen with kale, mushrooms, chicken, green onions – quick & healthy
