Meal Plan: February 12-17

  • Quick fried chicken, zucchini, garlic bread with Parmesan & lemon zest
  • Butter chicken in crock pot,  green beans
  • Valentine’s Day: baked brie, pears, crackers, wine, chocolate pavlova – the pavlova was amazing
  • Chicken & waffles, roasted asparagus – in retrospect, should have just made plain old fried chicken (duh); the hot sauce was not a great addition
  • Spanakopita, salad, brownies + homemade ice cream (having guests) – one of our favorites & vegetarian friendly
  • Eggs, bacon, roasted sweet potatoes
