A quick, super tasty, rich recipe from a friend.
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. crushed garlic (or more)
2 C milk
6 oz. grated Parmesan
1/8 tsp. pepper
Melt butter in saucepan; add cream cheese and garlic, stirring with wire whisk. Add milk, little by little, and continue whisking. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when at desired consistency. Add chicken or shrimp, if desired.
