Meal Plan: February 21-24

  • Tomato soup & grilled cheese on brioche
  • Chicken Alfredo & arugula salad
  • Coop brats sautéed with zucchini, roasted sweet potatoes
  • Ramen with chicken, kale, mushrooms, green onion
  • Birthday date night

Bonus items:

  • Muffins for breakfast
  • Homemade chicken stock (using carcass of rotisserie chicken from ramen & Alfredo)
  • Birthday cake, possibly this or this
