Recipe from my mother:
Chop up chicken breasts (I used two) very small, almost like ground chicken. Cook in pan with salt & pepper.
Once cooked, mix with ~ 2 T cream cheese, 1 can green chiles, a pile of shredded cheese (Cheddar or Colby Jack).
Wrap in corn tortillas, cover with green enchilada sauce & more shredded cheese. Cook ~30 minutes on 350 until cheese is melted & sauce is a little bubbly.
