Meal Plan: May 15-19

Finally back to a plan for the whole week after a few off weeks.

  • Homemade pizza with chicken, sausage, & mushrooms (sauce was olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, a couple spices); bell pepper on the side
  • Greek lemon chicken & rice soup & baguette; carrots on the side – not bad but more popular with Matt than me
  • Eggs, bacon, pancakes
  • Pasta with vodka sauce; red bell pepper on the side
  • Our new favorite cold noodles + rotisserie chicken; bell pepper
