Meal Plan May 22-26

We went a little carb crazy this week. I didn’t hear any complaints, though.

  • Big sandwiches made on a loaf of French bread; bell pepper, apple, & chips on the side
  • Chicken with dijon cream sauce over arugula, with a baguette
  • Parmesan chicken
  • Pasta salad (vinaigrette from here) , bell pepper on the side
  • Shredded pork sandwiches (using shredded pork I’d frozen the last time I made it), bell pepper & chips on the side
