We went a little carb crazy this week. I didn’t hear any complaints, though.
- Big sandwiches made on a loaf of French bread; bell pepper, apple, & chips on the side
- Chicken with dijon cream sauce over arugula, with a baguette
- Parmesan chicken
- Pasta salad (vinaigrette from here) , bell pepper on the side
- Shredded pork sandwiches (using shredded pork I’d frozen the last time I made it), bell pepper & chips on the side
And finally –
- Chocolate cake as a Sunday night bonus
